🔍 Research first, always
From survey design to interviews and controlled experiments, I start by asking real people how they think and work - then use those findings to guide every decision.
What makes me different
I don't just hand off deliverables and hope they land. I listen, synthesize, and design for people across cultures and technologies - and I bring that mindset to every project.
From survey design to interviews and controlled experiments, I start by asking real people how they think and work - then use those findings to guide every decision.
Contrast, cognitive load, and inclusive language are part of my process from the beginning - not a checklist at the end.
Growing up between Brazil and the United States means I notice how culture, language, and context change what "good design" looks like in real life.
Through my MIT program and research on learning with LLMs, I explore how agentic AI can support people - while staying grounded in ethics, governance, and responsible use.
I’m combining a deep foundation in user experience and psychology with applied learning in responsible AI. Together, these programs help me design products that are both usable and thoughtful about impact.
