  • Bentley’s partnership with the Boston Celtics (TD Garden, on-campus events, career programs)
  • I worked on the Bentley side to shape and run initiatives for students

What I did

  • President’s Speaker Series: coordinated logistics and shirt distribution for Brad Stevens × President Chrite (packed auditorium)
  • Supported other partnership events and on-site coordination
  • At games: observed fan journey (security, ticketing, concessions, wayfinding) and used it in experience-design discussions

Takeaway

  • Strong experiences = design for the full journey, not just the main moment
  • More intentional about touchpoints, emotional peaks, and operational constraints
